Refund policy

In case of any fault, contact our WhatsApp (+92 327 0077194) within 7 days of delivery.

Size exchanges are also accepted within 7 days — items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

• Unstitched fabric cannot be returned once cut.
• Refunds are issued for items that arrive damaged or incorrect — report within 7 days with photos via WhatsApp.
• For exchanges, the customer sends the item back; we ship the replacement free of charge.
